- From the beginning to ending observe preparation- organisation- delivery and performance

-During the time of general evaluation introduce each evaluator and observe their evaluations

- Finally share your general evaluation about the meeting with your club members. Make sure to spread positive vibes through your evaluation and share suggestion for better future implementation.

 If you are going to be the Grammarian of your club meeting know the importance of role-Grammarian. You have to listen carefully each and every speeches of the club meeting and help your club members by your observation and suggestions. Now follow the given steps to perform the role; - In the beginning of the meeting introduce your role and share the 'word of the day' with your club members. The word should enhance the vocabulary of your members. -During the meeting be attentive - note good use and incorrect usage of Grammar -Finally share your report at the end of the meeting.
